Associate Legislative Analyst

The Associate Legislative Analyst will work closely with other NCLR staff on various activities, including support with research and analysis, writing memos, fact sheets, and blogs, covering congressional hearings, meeting with Members of Congress and their staff, tracking legislation, and completing administrative tasks as necessary.

Financial Capability Program Specialist

The Financial Capability Program Specialist will support NCLR’s Financial Capability Network (FCN) and other initiatives that seek to improve the financial well-being of Latinos through partnerships with NCLR Affiliates. The Program Specialist will organize the development, administration, and execution of project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Associate Director of Financial Capability.

Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing the requirements of different grants, ensuring compliance and completion of program deliverables, and performing data management and reporting. The Coordinator will support the Director of Adult Education and WFD in day-to-day component activities, and serve as the liaison to NCLR Affiliates. The Coordinator will also be expected to participate in all WFD team activities and events, and support institutional goals and objectives.

Fundraising Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager will drive identified campaign strategy in managing all aspects of the daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising campaign operations to achieve the organization’s goals. The Campaign Manager will play an integral role in identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewardship of a portfolio of campaign and Annual Fund donors. As part of this role, this individual will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising events, donor meetings and communications, in-house direct mail campaigns, and carrying out administrative functions for the department, as appropriate.

The Project Administrator will support NCLR’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a range of organizational duties, including support on strategy implementation and board governance, as well as with administrative tasks, like scheduling meetings and travel, handling expense reports, maintaining files, and preparing documents.

Policy Analyst, Education Policy Project

Policy Analyst will primarily be engaged on issues related to the implementation of the newly signed Every Student Succeeds Act.  The Policy Analyst is responsible for providing policy analysis examining the impact of education proposals and providing feedback and policy options that will benefit vulnerable students.  The position will work closely with colleagues in NCLR’s Education programs component.
