The Program Specialist, Workforce Development will provide support to UnidosUS’s workforce development component. The Program Specialist will assist with various tasks, ongoing partnerships, and component and organizational deliverables. The main project that the Program Specialist will support is the Re-Work America Alliance efforts. Director, Health Policy Project

The Director of Health Policy Project sets the overall vision and strategic goals for UnidosUS health policy work. The Director will be responsible for a team of experts that address issues related to expanding and strengthening the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Medicaid, expanding immigrant access to the social safety net, investing in and improving federal nutrition programs, and establishing new policy initiatives to advance Latino health equity.

The Manager, Racial Equity Anchor Collaborative will work with the Director to oversee and implement specific aspects of the project, working collaboratively with Anchor staff and project consultants. The position requires the development of close working relationships with and knowledge about each of the Anchor organizations. The Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing aspects of the Racial Equity Anchor Collaborative project of the Policy and Advocacy function. UnidosUS is seeking a MEL Program Manager that will develop, manage, and support UnidosUS’s measurement, evaluation, and learning efforts for assigned projects on the workforce development programs team.
