Current Position:
Oversees UnidosUS’s strategy to strengthen the UnidosUS-Affiliate relationships through capacity-building, partnership development, leadership and organizational development, and fundraising efforts for the region and the California Affiliate Network. Delia is also a Producer of the UnidosUS ALMA Awards®, a primetime entertainment television special. Delia is responsible for budget oversight, production, event logistics, marketing and promotions, development, management of industry partnerships, and managing UnidosUS message and brand throughout the program.
