Nine Leading Latino Groups to Announce Strategy for Increasing 2020 Latino Civic Participation

WHATLeaders from nine of the nation’s major Latino civil rights and civic engagement organizations will gather in a show of unity just days ahead of the Nevada caucus and less than a month ahead of the start of the decennial census. They will detail specific plans to inform and energize the Latino community and elevate key issues for the Latino electorate.

WHATA discussion panel regarding opportunities to make the economy work for Latinos, including how federal economic and tax policies can benefit Latino working families in Nevada. The forum will be followed by a free tax assistance fair open to anyone looking for help with filing their taxes.
