PHOENIX—NCLR (National Council of La Raza) President and CEO Janet Murguía will join Affiliates, community leaders and beloved children’s characters to open the 2017 National Latino Family Expo® at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, July 8 at 10:30 a.m. MST at the Phoenix Convention Center.
