The Senior Strategist for Education Policy is responsible for shaping and executing efforts to advance UnidosUS’s state education policy agenda. The Senior Strategist will collaborate with state policy teams to identify opportunities in each organizational priority state (currently Arizona, California, Florida, and Texas) and work closely with the education and state policy teams on the strategy and implementation of education issue campaigns.

The Program Specialist will coordinate program deliverables and the engagement with the member organizations as subgrantees and/or partners for UnidosUS Health initiatives. This includes supporting the coordination and management of grants to community-based organizations, including community health centers, in UnidosUS’s Affiliate Network; monitoring their programmatic progress through internal and external reporting requirements; and coordinating technical assistance, meetings, and communications.

The Financial Empowerment Program Specialist is responsible for implementing one of the key programs within the UnidosUS Housing and Financial Empowerment component. The Financial Empowerment Network (FEN) is an initiative that mobilizes UnidosUS Affiliates that are service providers in their communities to become channels through which low- and moderate-income Latinos can access culturally relevant and linguistically appropriate financial coaching services.

The Benefits & HRIS Manager will serve as a senior subject matter expert and a key liaison to UnidosUS staff, vendors, and customers for all benefits, HRIS-related matters.

The Financial Coach is a one-year contract tied to UnidosUS’s Caminos initiative and will report to the Financial Empowerment Network (FEN) Program Manager. This person will contribute by providing financial coaching to clients consistent with the organization’s policies, procedures, and quality standards. This person will engage clients across the country to provide telephonic or virtual ongoing financial coaching. In collaboration with the UnidosUS Counseling Connection and other team members in the FEN, this person will work to ensure programmatic deliverables for the Caminos initiative are met.

The Senior Education Program Manager position requires leadership, confidence and vision, thoughtful strategic planning, interpersonal communication, and curriculum and program development skills. In this role, to achieve these ambitious goals, the Senior Education Program Manager will supervise Early Escalera and Escalera staff to identify current programmatic gaps and establish promising practices to elevate UnidosUS college- and career-readiness work. This person will collaborate and oversee the Early Escalera programs with other managers.

The focus of this position is on partnering with members of the UnidosUS Leadership Team on program development, evaluation, growth, and reach—specifically, strategic scaling of proven practices for impact.

The Project Director will develop and lead execution on research priorities that document harms of financial exclusion, highlight the economic contributions and dynamism of Latinos (including specifically Latinas), envision the benefits of greater inclusion, and drive towards policy solutions and more inclusive practices and vision for government services, policies, and programs.

UnidosUS is seeking a Project Director, Health Equity Campaigns. This role manages the overall vision and strategic goals for UnidosUS health equity portfolio, including cross-cutting communications and strategy, and seeks to develop and disseminate policies that improve health equity and access for Latinos, collaborating across Health and other policy teams.

The Brand and Design Manager is responsible for representing the organization with internal and external relationships within the Marketing & Communications (Marcomm) function.

The Program Manager will develop, manage, and support UnidosUS’s measurement, evaluation, and learning efforts for two or more assigned projects on the workforce development programs team, Digital Skills for Life (DS4L), and Latinxs in Tech.

The Director is responsible for traditional antidiscrimination and civil rights work for Latinos and immigrants, while also covering emerging issues in civil rights, such as voting rights, the digital divide, equal access to broadband media, and media ownership.

The Digital Services Manager is responsible for overseeing projects aimed at building capacity of Affiliate organizations to integrate and utilize technology and digital tools to increase their impact.

The Content Specialist will support the Communications team by creating content for communications and marketing purposes across the organization. The person will also edit and revise content from across UnidosUS’s components for grammar, style, and messaging in accordance with UnidosUS’s style guide.

UnidosUS is seeking a Senior Program Manager who can manage the various tasks, partnerships, and deliverables associated with Latinxs in Finance, a bilingual banker training program implemented by more than 20 nonprofit partners, including UnidosUS Affiliates and nonprofit organizations outside of the Affiliate Network.

The Manager, Health Communications will be part of the cross-component Centers for Disease Control and Prevention-funded Esperanza Hope for All Vaccine team focused on increasing adult COVID-19 and flu vaccination opportunities within Latino populations in the United States and Puerto Rico.

The State Director will lead, manage, and execute efforts to advance UnidosUS’ state and state-federal policy agenda, including issue and electoral campaigns.

The Policy Advisor will bring substantive health policy expertise and play a key role in shaping and executing efforts to advance UnidosUS’ federal and state health policy agenda. The Policy Advisor will be a primary source of highly skilled policy analysis and develop policy recommendations for target audiences, as well as contribute to policy ideation across the portfolio to both deepen the team’s existing issue expertise, as well as build out new areas of work, especially at the state level, to advance health equity.

The Deputy Vice President of Development leads fundraising efforts for UnidosUS’s core operations, with a particular focus on managing the Resource Development (RD) team and helping ensure success in meeting annual general support fundraising of $3 million and collaborating with colleagues to fundraise for specific campaigns or special projects that in previous years has ranged from $5-15 million, in addition to general support goals.

UnidosUS is seeking a creative and energetic Bilingual Videographer/Editor who will be responsible for the planning, recording, photographing, filming, and editing of impactful content in support of UnidosUS’s programs, policies, and organizational goals.

UnidosUS is searching for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to work as an integral member of the Housing and Financial Empowerment team. The Administrative Coordinator will support essential operations of all the programs in the Housing and Financial Empowerment component.

The Policy Analyst, Health Policy Project, will assist in executing a policy agenda that increases opportunities for Latino children and their families to be healthy and thrive, and provide skilled analysis of health policy trends in support of UnidosUS’s goals.

The Foundation Coordinator will provide development support for policy and advocacy professionals working on a wide variety of issue areas and projects, and will coordinate with other components at UnidosUS to ensure that our foundation-related efforts and relationships are aligned.

UnidosUs is seeking a Senior Housing Policy Analyst to join a team focused on advancing a new elevated organizational priority in housing and homeownership. The Senior Housing Policy Analyst will help develop and drive a policy agenda that works to eliminate barriers to asset-building for low to moderate income Latino families.

The Senior Policy Advisor for the Economic Policy Project is a subject matter expert in the area of social security, retirement/financial savings, portable retirement savings such as CALSavers, and social insurance programs such as disability and SSI. This person will work to increase financial security and wealth-building opportunities for Latino families.

The Senior Policy Analyst will help develop and drive a policy agenda that works to eliminate barriers to asset-building; reforms banking and lending policies to include more robust consumer protections; supports efforts to raise wages and improve working conditions for Latinos; increasing housing affordability and expanding tax provisions that benefit Latino working families.

UnidosUS is seeking a Vice President of Education and Workforce Development who will be responsible for articulating and aligning the strategic direction for UnidosUS’s education and workforce development programs with the overall organizational strategy and for guiding teams as they execute on plans.

The Director of the Economic Policy Project is responsible for developing policy priorities that align with our organizational strategic goals, executing on policy and advocacy strategy, communicating policy positions, and leading in direct engagement with federal policymakers and administrators.

UnidosUS’s program growth, efficiency, and impact are tied to its ability to leverage and apply technology-based solutions, a central element in “scaling” and other strategic impact goals. In the current environment, UnidosUS and its Affiliates must adapt even more quickly than anticipated, since the pandemic requires most of our work and our program delivery to occur remotely.
