Zandra Zuno Baermann
Zandra Zuno Baermann is Senior Vice President of Communications and Marketing for UnidosUS (formerly NCLR), responsible for the organization’s overall communications, marketing, and branding strategies. Prior to UnidosUS, Zandra was executive director at Golin, a leading global marketing communications firm. She served as lead of multicultural marketing, responsible for strategies targeting African American, Latino, and LGBT segments. Over the years, she counseled clients like Kaiser Permanente, Nintendo of America, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (for the 2015 U.S. papal visit), Walmart, and Wells Fargo.
Zandra previously served as marketing director, leading the agency’s first major global rebranding effort and its 50th Anniversary campaign. Prior to joining Golin, Zandra served as senior consultant at Zimat Consultores, Mexico’s leading communications firm, leading the Gillette and KPMG accounts, as well as managing its Latina American network. She’s a passionate supporter of civic and community issues, volunteering with several organizations. In 2010, PRWeek magazine named Zandra to its “40 Under 40” list. She holds a master’s in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s in communications from Loyola University Chicago.
