Despite the fact that the Biden administration does not recognize the government of Nicolas Maduro and condemned the Trump administration for carrying out third-party deportations of Venezuelans, evidence shows that the Biden administration has been pursuing the exact same policy.

Black immigrant population surges in U.S.
The Black immigrant population has increased by 475% over the past 40 years, demonstrating the diversity of immigrants in our country. In the 2020 Census, Americans were giving more ways to self-identify their race, allowing more Latinos to officially identify as Black or Indigenous instead of white.
