On November 12, UnidosUS hosted a virtual town hall, “Open Enrollment 2021 is Here: Take Action and Enroll!” which provided important information about the health coverage options available to our community and why it’s crucial to enroll.
Open Enrollment runs from now until December 15, 2020. While 90% of Latinos are concerned that the Affordable Care Act (ACA) could be struck down by the Supreme Court, it’s important to note that the ACA remains the law of the land. As the coronavirus pandemic continues to be a part of daily life, Open Enrollment provides the Latino community with an opportunity to enroll in health coverage with peace of mind knowing that they and their family are covered.
