The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) sets an ambitious agenda to reduce child poverty. Building on the 2019 National Academies Roadmap to Reducing Child Poverty and new research, panelists will discuss the progress ARPA represents, opportunities to ensure all children are included in our nation’s recovery, and ways in which policy can advance greater equity in America’s fight against child poverty.
