WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO RENEW?

The Citizenship and Immigration Services website has all the details, but in most cases, you have to fill out these forms:

The site will tell you where to send the forms and which fees you need to include.

Make sure the forms get in the right hands as soon as possible. Your application must be received by this Thursday, so use overnight delivery if you can.

MY DACA EXPIRES AFTER MARCH 5. CAN I RENEW LATER?

Not at this time, unfortunately.

When DACA was canceled, it was announced that DREAMers could renew only if their benefits expire by March 5.

But we have not forgotten you. We’re working with Congress to fight for a clean DREAM Act that works for all our nation's DREAMers.

HOW CAN I HELP DACA YOUTH?

Organizations like our Affiliate Mission Asset Fund in California are offering scholarships to help pay DACA fees and are accepting donations.

Some states are even funding the DACA renewal fees for their eligible residents.

In addition to donating, the simplest way to help is to let DREAMers know that you support their right to be here, and that you’re not giving up the fight for a permanent DREAM Act.

Tell your representatives about the DREAMers in your life, and let them know what’s at stake without a permanent replacement for DACA.
